This End User License Agreement applies to the Grimace Score mobile app and software. It is designed to work alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Relationship With Store Terms
If you download Grimace Score from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. This EULA is intended to provide custom terms where used and must not conflict with Apple's required minimum terms.
If you download Grimace Score from Google Play, Google Play's terms and the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement may also apply. If this EULA conflicts with mandatory Google Play terms, those Google Play terms control to the extent of the conflict.
License Grant
Subject to this EULA, the Licensor grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Grimace Score on devices you own or control, only for personal entertainment and only as permitted by the relevant app store rules.
The app is licensed, not sold.
Restrictions
You must not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or host the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where allowed by law;
- bypass technical restrictions, consent gates, payment systems, security features, or usage limits;
- use the app to train, benchmark, or build competing face-analysis products or datasets;
- use the app in a way that violates law, store rules, third-party rights, or the Terms of Use.
Ownership
The Licensor and its licensors retain all rights in the software, code, design, brand, documentation, models, assets, and related materials. You receive only the license described above.
Updates
The app may receive updates, bug fixes, feature changes, or compatibility changes. Some updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that older versions will remain supported.
Third-Party Components And Services
The app may include or interact with third-party SDKs, libraries, models, APIs, stores, and services, including camera, MediaPipe, OpenAI, AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play components. Third-party terms and notices may apply.
No Maintenance Obligation From Apple Or Google
To the extent required by Apple terms, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app. Google likewise does not provide app-specific support for the Licensor's product beyond Google Play services and policies.

Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available." The Licensor disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Mandatory consumer warranties that cannot be excluded by law continue to apply.
Product Claims
The Licensor, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims, except where store terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
Intellectual Property Claims
If a third party claims that the app infringes intellectual property rights, the Licensor is responsible for investigation and resolution to the extent required by applicable store terms and law.
Export And Sanctions
You may not use, export, or re-export the app in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or embargo laws.
U.S. Government End Users
The app and documentation are commercial items and are licensed to U.S. government end users with only the rights granted to other end users under this EULA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete copies where required. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Third-Party Beneficiaries
Where required by Apple terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. No other third-party beneficiary is created unless expressly stated.
Governing Law
Governing law and venue: Droit français, sous réserve des protections impératives applicables aux consommateurs.
Mandatory consumer protections in your country or region continue to apply.
